About
Warp Section is about Science Fiction, from the past and present. We will cover a large range of subjects, from movie developments, reviewing past television show episodes, as well as merchandise, and video games all relating to the science fiction genre.
About David
A Canadian born professional blogger, David continually works on writing projects. With his highly technical and thus geeky background he hopes to bring some humour and information into the science fiction blog realm, as well as voice his opinions when it comes to sci-fi.
More details can be found at his personal blog: DavidCubed.com.
About Carrie
Carrie Vaughn is a second generation science fiction fan. Her parents raised her on Heinlein, Star Trek, and “2001,” and as a result she’ll watch anything that has spaceships. She’s managed to turn her love of all things science fiction and fantasy into something of a career as a writer. She’s the author of a series of novels about a werewolf named Kitty who starts a talk radio show. The third installment, “Kitty Takes a Holiday,” is due out in April 2007. She’s also published many short stories in such magazines as Realms of Fantasy and Weird Tales.

About Prime
Prime has been a sci-fi geek for many years, but didn’t officially become one until he joined a club at UCLA devoted to such things. If geekery were measured like strength in AD&D, he would have an 18, but only an 18/05, not an 18/99 or anything. He doesn’t like to brag, but since this is in third person, he will point out that he has a PhD in physics, which obviously means that his opinions on science fiction television should be taken as law. To see the science fact side of his writing, check out his tech blog.
About SciFiSpy
SciFiSpy’s real name is Jon, his surname shall remain, like the man himself, a mystery. Jon holds a BFA in creative writing from a prestigious New England college; his past work has appeared in various small press zines, and once in a while he pops up in the pages of larger sci-fi lit mags, but not very often. Currently working on a horror screenplay in between rifling blog posts in innumerable directions, SciFiSpy spends anything resembling free time watching vintage sci-fi and trying his best to stay-in-touch-with-the-mainstream.
